Tell us what has been bothering you. We'll assess your pain, explain the next step, and work with your feedback throughout the visit.
Choose your first session
- PNMT New Client Session: $160, approximately 75 minutes. For any pain condition. Two therapists assess you together and build your treatment plan. Then one of them does the hands-on treatment.
- TMJD New Client Session: $140, approximately 60 minutes. For jaw pain, TMJ dysfunction, and related head/neck tension. One therapist assesses and treats you.
- Restorative Skills New Client Session: $140, approximately 75 minutes. Start with a private Foot or Yoga Restorative Skills Session. Small-group classes are also available separately.
For a standard PNMT new assessment, two therapists build your plan together and one provides hands-on treatment. TMJD assessment and treatment are with one therapist. Restorative Skills private sessions are one-on-one; small-group classes are available separately.
Before you arrive
Complete the online health intake form in Jane. Wear comfortable exercise clothes so you can move easily during the assessment. Tell your therapist about your pain history, goals, and any concerns about treatment.
During your visit
Your therapist asks about your pain and uses movement tests to help decide what to address and whether soft tissue care is appropriate. You give feedback throughout treatment, and your therapist rechecks movements to see how you respond. You can ask questions or change position at any time.
After your visit
Your therapist explains the plan and recommends the type and length of follow-up. Several sessions may be needed; results vary. If your concern is outside our scope, we'll recommend another healthcare provider.
We do not accept insurance. Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, FlexPay, and HSA/FSA funds. We do not accept tips.

Pediatric & Young Clients
We care deeply about getting young clients the right help. Before any session, we assess whether PNMT is the right fit, so the New Client Session for anyone under 18 is arranged by reaching out to us directly rather than booked online.
Minors are always seen by one therapist, and young women under 18 are always paired with a female therapist. Depending on the condition, the New Client Session may be shorter and gentler at a reduced rate, typically $110 for 45 minutes.
